Life's wonderful!

Wow, Very tight schedule. Have had a few offers for some of my photos. Haven't confirmed anything yet. But my hopes are high. Pretty excited for the next few weekends. This Sunday (March 6th) I will be at Gaffney Speedway (Cherokee Speedway) the next weekend (Saturday and Sunday!!) I will be back to Carolina for the Skylar Trull Memorial race. Fish Tycoon is alot like the Farmville you play on Facebook. There are only things different. First these are fish instead of animal, farm land, and buildings. Second, this game does cost money. But it's only $0.99. Not too bad. You can find that link here

What's happening today?

Well I am at the track today. Hoping to get lots of pictures. Might get them up to the website by tomorrow (Sunday).

I have an App for today instead of a picture. If you have an iPhone or iPod Touch and you shoot DSLR Photography then this App. is for you. It's called the dSLR Toolkit for DUMMIES. You can find it here. I am still new to DSLR Photography so it's great for me shooting race cars.

A Little Under the Weather...

Well, I haven't been feeling well latley. Can't wait till I'm back to normal. Maybe by this weekend. I hope by the weeked. Gonna get to go to the race track and shoot for a while saturday. Nice to get back on here. Sorry about not posting anything over the past few days. Hope everybody is having a great valentines day. Our family left this morning. Had a wonderful time with them. I just love family...

New Camera!!!

Well I got the Nikon D5000 camera the other day. Pretty excited. Have taken lots of pictures of the family. Although it did snow yesterday, so I did get some pictures of the kids sled riding.

Dreams Down the Drain

Well don't you hate it when your dreams go down the drain. Especially when you really have you mind set on you are getting something. Maybe next month. Who knows... I really want a camera. Anyhow more snow is fore casted for Monday, Tuesday and Saturday of the upcoming week. Pretty excited. Well I guess I will go watch the new episode of DTOWNTV. No Picture of the Day today. Sorry. Snow Day #1

Well, No school today. I'm lovin' it! The weather is wonderful. Can't wait for this week or the weekend. More snow to come? Maybe. So, is the groundhog gonna see his shadow or not? Probably since the sun is supposed to be out. That means 6 more weeks of winter! More time for pictures! Well, I guess I'm gonna get off of here. Weekend Snow

Well I had a wonderful weekend. Got about 6 inches over the past 2 days and it's supposed to snow Tuesday and Thursday! Can't wait! Hopefully we will have a Snow day tomorrow. I didn't take as many pictures this weekend. Kinda disappointed but oh well. There isn't gonna be a picture of the day today due to not taking pictures this weekend maybe I will get one up here tomorrow. Hope you guys had a great weekend!

Long time no post

Long time no post. Sorry about that. Been very busy. But today my Nikon response came in the mail. I got declined again. What does it take to get a donation these days. Maybe if you were important you would get one? Maybe if you had money? It makes no sense to me. Okay, so I'm not a pro and I don't travel around the would and take tons of photos but I am just asking for a camera to help me with my education. I asked for a Nikon D5000. Yes, it is about $600 but it's got everything I need in order to shoot the type of photography I like. It's not like I'm asking for a D3 which runs about $5,200. Anyhow, I'm on my 3rd letter. Maybe if I keep writing to them they will finally give in. You know, I speak very highly of Nikon. I think they have some of the top of the line cameras, I think their service is great, But lately I have been disappointed. When they send you a postcard. Yeah, a postcard. They can't even tell you why they declined it. If your going to send you something don't you think they should at least put it in an envelope. No you get a postcard.

Sorry about not getting the Photo of the Day up. I have been taking photos with my iPhone so I have to e-mail them to my email and I have been slaking. But here is one.

I'm pretty late on getting a blog out today. Sorry for the delay. But I've been pretty busy today. Woke up around 10am went to Walmart then went to my grandparents for a while. It started raining around 12 ish. So I didn't get a photo today. But there's always tomorrow. But anyhow, I was reading my Facebook (what would people do without FB?)today and I saw that one of my friends took a quiz called "What is your animal sign" so I took it. Now I know that your not supposed to believe those things but below are the results.



Those results are all me! There's one part in particular that's me. The part where it says something about liking to travel... I LOVE TO TRAVEL. Lately I haven't done any due to the camera I had broke about 3 weeks ago.

Good morning. I'm up just a tad bit earlier today than I was yesterday. Just got done reading the "Guest Blogger Wednesday post" featuring John Keatley over at Scottkelby.com. Love reading those things. Can't wait till tomorrow. The second episode of the Nikon Dtown appears on Kelbytv.com/dtown. The show is not only for Nikon usesrs but anyone interested in photography. Tomorrow they are going to do review on a few products.

Hope everybody had a wonderful day off work and school.
I have the entire week off and 2 days next week. What a life!
I woke up pretty late today so I missed my coffee (not good).
I just might go to Starbucks toady. I think I still have a few
